Fox Model IV Bassoon

Fox Model I Bassoon

Symphony Bore (Long)

Accoustically, the Fox Model I is identical to the Model II bassoon with the difference of an additional ten rollers for the right and left hand thumbs. The long bore design can be identified by a warm "round" tone, evenly balanced wih excellent intonation throughout the entire range. It's tone quality fits well into both chamber music and orchestral bassoon parts.
