Crutch assemblies include both the crutch and the bracket.  This is the complete unit ready to install on a bassoon that does not have any current accommodation for a crutch.  Screws are provided to secure the bracket to the boot joint. 

Wood crutch assemblies involve the same variables described under Wood Crutches and Crutch Brackets.  You'll need to decide on the shape of the crutch, the stem type, and the plating.  There are 24 variations available, sorted by shape.
