This is a quality case made for us by maker of our professional bassoon cases. The interior arrangement is similar to that case. This is the case supplied with the Renard models 220 and 240 bassoons and with the Fox model III bassoon. The case shell is wood covered with a textured vinyl. The case measures 26 1/2 x 10 3/4 x 4 1/2 inches. The case comes blocked to fit long bassoon bassoons. Shims are provided to modify it to fit short bore bassoons. The No. 1546 Case Cover is recommended for use with this case. |
