Double Wide Little Finger F(sharp), with roller
The width of the little finger F(sharp) is doubled to also extend over the back edge of the little finger G(sharp) key. The G(sharp) key must be altered to accommodate the F(sharp) key without opening when the F(sharp) is depressed. The F(sharp) is usually made with a roller but can be made without a roller.
