Plan a Visit
Plant Visits and Tours
Every year we host visitors
from all over the world. Many come to try instruments, some to bring
their instruments in for service, and some simply to see the place
where their instrument was built. We would be happy to host a visit
by you to our factory. If you would like to have your instrument
worked on during your visit, please visit the repair section of our
website. It will list the different services and includes a form
to make an appointment for your visit. If you would like to try instruments,
especially professional models, we will need as much notice as possible
so that we can make sure that we have instruments finished and ready
to try. Finally, if you would like to visit simply to take a tour
of our factory, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
Our hours of operation and contact information can be found below.
For a tour, we usually only need about 24 hours notice.
Finally, summer is our busiest time for visitors, so if you intend
to visit during those months (May-August), please make sure to contact
us as early as possible so that we can make your visit an enjoyable
one.
To make visiting arrangements, please feel free to call us at (260)
723-4888 or submit the form provided on our website.
